From crafting high-converting email campaigns to shaping the visual identity of major sales events, I’ve designed across the entire retention marketing spectrum. At Outway, I developed and maintained brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, while also producing promotional assets for social media and e-commerce. Through Custom Labs, I designed over a hundred unique sock patterns, turning creative visions into wearable products. Beyond design, I contributed to localization efforts, translating customer communication templates and product names from English to French, enhancing brand accessibility. Through building a visual identity and refining brand messaging, I bring strategy and creativity together to engage and retain customers.
When I joined Outway, the brand lacked a clear visual direction. Through continuous creative experimentation and engagement with our audience, we refined and strengthened its identity, developing a design language that resonated with customers. From bold sales aesthetics to distinctive email and social media visuals, each project contributed to a more cohesive brand presence.
This evolution culminated in a full rebrand in 2022 (formerly Endūr), where I played a key role in shaping the new identity, ensuring a seamless transition across all marketing channels.
